You can download it here.
If you have Windows Vista installed, you do not need to install .NET Framework!

Installation:

New version has an installer.
You can add the program in Windows starup using it.

You can download executabl file as before.
Just launch it! You may add it in Windows startup by yourself.

To uninstall just remove the file from the startup and delete it.
